Blueberry Associates
Standard Lease-up service: advertising and showing property, processing applications, credit check ,signing of lease documents and addendums, move in inspections and forwarding the first months rent and security deposit to client.
The lease-up fee is equal to one months rent. **This service is one of our most popular! ** We take the stress out of finding qualified tenants.
 
Basic management service: collecting rent from tenant and forwarding it to client, fielding all trouble calls and sending a service person to respond. The management fee is 12% of one months rent.
 
Full on management service: Basic management service plus managing of customer and vendor accounts. Fee is determined based on the size and type of property. Please contact us for more information.
